أصدق ما نصف به هذا الكتاب أنه بحق : (موسوعة غوطة دمشق) ذلك لأن المؤلف ضمنه كل شيء عن الغوطة منذ أيام الصحابة إلى عهده، فهو إذا تحدث عنها جغرافيا ذكر حدودها ومساحتها وأسماء قرأها، وطبيعتها وزراعاتها .. وإذا تحدث عنها تاريخيا عاد أدراجه إلى ما قبل الفتح الإسلامي .. وإذا تحدث عنها أثريا لم لم يترك قصرا دارسا أو قرية دائرة إلا ذكرهما محددا موقعهما، أما حديثه الاقتصادي عنها منذ عهد الأمويين بها فهو لفتة طيبة من المؤلف.
