Overview
يعد كتاب الخراج لأبي يوسف يعقوب إبراهيم أحد أوائل الكتب في الفقه وقد كتبه أبو يوسف بطلب من الخليفة العباسي هارون الرشيد (763 أو 766-809) وكان أبو يوسف أشهر طلاب أبي حنيفة وهو يعد مع شيخه الشهير أحد مؤسسي المذهب الحنفي في الفقه وأوضح أبو يوسف في مقدمة الكتاب أن الخليفة طلب منه أن يكتب مصنفا يتناول فيه جمع الخراج والعشور والصدقات والأمور ذات الصلة التي كانت تتطلب البت فيها.
