يتناول \"الطراونة\" موضوع المنظمات الدولية في الكتاب في ثلاثة أبواب حيث تناول في الباب الأول القواعد العامة للمنظمات الدولية ومبادئها وقدم في الباب الثاني دراسة تحليلية لبعض المنظمات الدولية والوكالات المتخصصة حيث ركز على دراسة منظمة الأمم المتحدة بشكل مفصل من حيث نشأتها وأهدافها ومبادئها وأجهزتها وأهم الوكالات المتخصصة التابعة لها مثل منظمة العمل الدولية واليونسكو ومنظمة الصحة العالمية وغيرها والباب الثالث من الكتاب تم تخصيصه للحديث عن بعض المنظمات الإقليمية مثل جامعة الدول العربية ومنظمة التعاون الإسلامي والاتحاد الإفريقي والاتحاد الأوروبي.
