يتناول كتاب (بلوشستان : قوس الخليج المشدود) والذي قام بتأليفه إبراهيم بشمي في حوالي (234) صفحة من القطع الكبير موضوع (بلوشستان) مستعرضا أصولهم العربية ونسبهم، ونشأتهم وهجراتهم، ودورهم التاريخي على مر العصور في منطقة الخليج وشبه الجزيرة العربية، والكاتب أراد بهذا الكتاب تحريك المياه الراكدة في القضية البلوشية الضائعة بين باكستان وإيران، محاولا إثارة الاهتمام بهذا الشعب المنسي في خارطة العالم، وبداية لاهتمام مجموعة من الأصوات بهذه المنطقة، وأخذ الكاتب على عاتقه تشكيل مساحات للرأي، عبر العمل على إعداد منابر جديدة، وطرحه لهذه القضية.
