Overview
يجمع هذا الكتاب بين دفتيه مساهمات متنوعة صدرت خلال السنوات الثلاثة الماضية، تناولت سمات العصر وملامح النظام العالمي الجديد والنظام الإقليمي العربي والشرق أوسطي والتحولات السياسية في لبنان. وهو يتدرج بهذه العناوين من الوضع الدولي إلى العربي، إلى المحلي اللبناني. والمساهمات المختارة هذه مزيج من الرؤية الفكرية والمعالجة السياسية. لكن الحدث السياسي فيها هو مجرد محرض على الكتابة ومحدد لزمانها دون أن يؤدي ذلك الى أن يستغرق الحدث ذاته النص بحيثياته وتفاصيله. ولأن الفكر السياسي هو في مخاض عسير، فان تجديد هذا الفكر بإعادة تحديد عناوين مشكلاته وقضاياه والاسئلة الأساسية المطروحة عليه، يعني بالضبط تناول التحديات السياسية المعاصرة ومعالجتها.
