\"بالفعل يعد \"دون هوانج\" متفانيا في عمله. ففي كل مرة كان يذهب فيها لشراء أسطوانات جديدة، كان يسحب منها بعض العينات، ويقوم بتجربتها بمشغل الأقراص الخاص به، ليعرف مدى جودتها قبل أن يبيعها للزبائن. على الأقل يقوم بتجربة اسطوانة من كل فيلم. وبالرغم من أن جميعها مقلدة، إلا أنه كان يحرص دائما على اختيار أفضلها حتى لو كان ثمنها أغلى قليلا، فالسمعة أهم من ذلك المكسب القليل. كانت كل هذه خبرات اكتسبها خلال ممارسته مهنة تزوير الأوراق، فكسب الزبون أهم من كسب المال. وأفضل دعاية للمنتج هي رضاء الزبون. كما أن السرعة في توصيل البضاعة تترك انطباعا جيدا لديه.
