Overview
ما يميز الكتاب هو إنه أول من استخدم في العراق مقياسا رقميا للشفافية معروفا عالميا بمقياس (S&P) وقد سبقتنا إليه الكثير من دول العالم ودولتين عربيتين، الأولى : مصر قام الصادق وعبيد (2007) باستعمال مقياس (S&P) للشفافية المعد للبورصة المصرية. وعلى الرغم من إن القطاع المصرفي المصري يتكون من : (8) مصارف للقطاع العام، (12) مصرفا أهليا و(20) مصرفا عربيا وأجنبيا والمدرج منها في بورصة مصر (5) مصارف، لم يتم قياس أي منها. والثانية : في السعودية لعبد الرحمن (2010) والذي قام بقياس الشفافية في الشركات المساهمة.
