Overview
أطرح إشكالات عدة لعل أبرزها إشكالية المصطلح، وإشكالية المنهج، وتوسطت هاتين الإشكاليتين مباحث لغوية متنوعة كالمستويات اللغوية، وعلم الأصوات بفرعيه (علم الأصوات العام، وعلم الأصوات الوظيفي) وبعض الفروع الخارجية للسانيات مثل اللسانيات الأنثروبولوجية وعلم الاجتماع اللساني، وعلم النفس اللساني، والجغرافيا اللسانية، كما نقف عند علاقة اللغة بالفكر وأثر ذلك في التطور اللغوي وقد ساقتنا جولتنا إلى تقسيم اللغات (الفصائل اللغوية) وإلى ضروب التنمية اللغوية من توسيع مجازي واستعاري دون أن نهمل التضخم اللغوي (المشترك اللفظي والترادف والتضاد)، وارتأيت أنه في دراسة لغوية كهذه من المحتم على أن أقف عند المعجميات فبينت أنواع المعاجم والمبادئ الأساسية في تصنيف المعجم العربي.
