الإلياذة ملحمة شعرية تحكي قصة حرب طروادة وتعتبر مع الأوديسا أهم ملحمة شعرية إغريقية للشاعر الأعمى هوميروس المشكوك في وجوده أو أنه شخص واحد الذي كتب الملحمة وتاريخ الملحمة يعود إلى القرن التاسع أو الثامن قبل الميلاد وهي عبارة عن نص شعري. ويقال إنه كتبها مع ملحمته الأوديسا وقد جمعت أشعارها عام 700 قبل الميلاد.
