Postmodern design complete

Architects Steven Holl and Jene Highstein have designed the Oblong Voidspace as their main entry for the Snow Show slated to open in Finnish Lapland next March. A team of 35 began by stacking hundreds of ice blocks to construct a 30-ft cube left open to the sky and additional blocks to build the curved vessel inside.
