Measure your height and weight and then divide your weight in kilograms by your height in metres squared and compare your result to the chart below: UNDERWEIGHT <18.5 NORMAL WEIGHT 18.5-24.9 OVERWEIGHT 25-30 OBESE >30 WAIST-TO-HIP RATIO TEST This is anothertest that can be used to estimate your body fat levels, but, be warned, If you have a very athletic physique with narrow hips, the test could be skewed, indicating you are too lean.
