Artist changing face of library story room
She's not exactly a performance artist, but she is an artist and you can watch her perform today at the Wheaton Public Library. Mural artist Ann Michel of Naperville will spread out drop cloths and gallons of paint today and Tuesday while she paints stars, moons and galaxies on the walls of the library's storyhour room. \"The design is taken from the pattern of the carpeting they have, with abstract stars, moons, a Milky Way and a big planet,\" Michel said.
