سلط المقال الضوء على موضوع بعنوان متلازمة التطبيع أنسنة المجرم وأبلسة الضحية. فقد أصبح التطبيع مع إسرائيل الملف الأبرز عبر مواقع التواصل بعد إعلان الاتفاق الاماراتي الإسرائيلي وما تلاه وما قد يأتي، وخاصة بعد أن صرح رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو بوجود محادثات سرية مباشرة مع قادة عدد من الدول العربية لتطبيع العلاقات مع بلاده. واختتم المقال بأنه في هذا الصراع المركب لن يتمكنوا من أبلسة القوة الأخلاقية للشعب الفلسطيني لأنها مستمدة من نبل القضية وتضحيات الشعب الفلسطيني وعدالة الحق والحرية والكرامة الإنسانية ضد كيان غاصب قائم على الاحتلال والعنف والقمع والسرقة والظلم، وسيرون أن الفلسطينيين أحياء يقاومون ولن يعلنوا الهزيمة. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل المنظومة 2022

العدوان الإسرائيلي على غزة : المسئولية الجنائية لمجرمي الحرب الإسرائيلية
إسرائيل- ومنذ عام ألف وتسعمائة وثمانية وأربعين (1948) وحتى الساعة- تقوم بأعمال إجرامية لا حصر لها ضد الشعوب العربية الواقعة تحت احتلالها، وعلى وجه الخصوص الشعب الفلسطيني. العدوان على قطاع غزة الممتد من السابع والعشرين من ديسمبر عام ألفين وثمانية (27/12/2008) إلى الثامن عشر من شهر يناير عام ألفين وتسعة (18/01/2009)، يعد واحداً من أفظع الجرائم الإسرائيلية التي هزت النظام العام الدولي. أمام بشاعة الجرائم الإسرائيلية؛ يطرح السؤال عن التكييف القانوني لتلك الجرائم، ومدى إمكانية مساءلة مرتكبيها أمام القضاء الجنائي الوطني أو القضاء الجنائي الدولي؛ خاصة أن إسرائيل لم تصادق على اتفاقية روما.

حيازة السلاح والمجتمع المدني بين الواقع المتأزم والدور المأمول
It is well known that Most Upper Egypt governorates are still suffering from the socio-economic negative impacts of revenge as well as some other criminal aspects like drug traffic and out-of-law gangsters. Accordingly, weapons' legal and illegal possession is a wide spread phenomenon in Upper Egypt. This possession, in turn, represents a strong catalyst fostering revenge, violence and criminal behaviors. The main objective of this study is to illustrate this phenomenon of weapons' possession in Upper Egypt and elucidate its multidimensional causes and effect in order to find out effective ways to get rid of this phenomenon depending not only on the efforts of security forces of the Ministry of Interior but also, and may be in the first place, on an active and efficient role of Civil Society. The study falls in the category of descriptive, analytical, and applied studies. It used questionnaires to obtain field data from civil society organizations and other traditional family councils, as well as from a sample of criminal prisoners. As expected, the field study highlighted the fact that weapons' possession is stimulated in Upper Egypt by personal, socio-economic, cultural, and security factors. Among the major findings of this study are: - The civil society organizations and formations (like family councils and natural leadership's conferences and meetings) can play more active and effective role in resolving most problems leading to weapons' possession and use. - This necessitates developing and availing a comprehensive database on the causes and effects of weapons' possession and use, socio-economic disputes, and expected revenge and retaliation actions. - It is also of prime importance to build-up confidence between people, the security forces, and the other executive and political bodies in the region. Transparency, justice, and rapid preventive and corrective actions are the three pillars of this confidence. - Coordination and mutual confident relations between the Civil Society organizations and formations, on one side, and the official authorities on both governorate and local levels are also of prime importance to get red of the phenomenon of weapons' possession and its negative socio-economic and human causes and effects.
