Controls of a Sound Understanding of the Prophet's Sunnah and its Applications in Contemporary Reality
We aim in this research to clarify the controls of a sound understanding of the prophet's sunnah in contemporary reality, as adherence to them guarantees the safety and strength of inference of the hadith. Thus, we concluded by defining the meaning of the controls for understanding the Sunnah as those criteria that are invoked in understanding the verbal, actual, and reported Sunnah in a proper understanding, and also to identifying those controls and arranging them into two parts: the controls of good understanding of the sunnah before the inference process begins; such as verifying the authenticity of the Hadith.. as well as its controls during the inference; such as referring to the reliable sources for codifying the Hadith and its explanations.

هذا الكتاب \"الاستشراق والإسلام في المراجع العربية\" ومن المهم عند البحث في الإستشراق والإسلام الإبتعاد عن التعميم في الأحكام، إذ إن ما يقال عن موقف بعض المستشرقين من الإسلام يدخل في جانب منه في حيز الأقوال الإيجابية التي تستل أحيانا من سياقها وتوظف لمصلحة هذا المستشرق أو ذاك والأقوال السلبية المأخوذة عن بعض المستشرقين هي كذلك قد تنتزع من النص بعيدا عن السياق الذي جاءت فيه ومن هنا لزم أن تكون الإدانة محصورة على هذه الفئة من المستشرقين الذين يثبت من السياق أنهم أساؤوا لهذا الدين.

Ways to Prevent the Occurrence of Heresy in Islamic Society in the Light of Prophetic Hadiths
Obeying and following the way of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) leads to the happiness and prosperity of the world and the hereafter of the Muslims. On the other hand, disobeying and not following the way of the Prophet of Islam has various consequences. One of its dangerous consequences is Innovation (Bid'ah) and deviations being embraced by individuals of the society, which in turn cause the destruction and annihilation of the Islamic society. Therefore, following the prophetic Sunnah and method and avoiding deviations and innovations from the beginning of Islam until today, has always been considered and emphasized by the religious texts and the sayings and recommendations of religious scholars. Therefore, in this issue, recognizing the ways to prevent the occurrence of innovation in the Islamic society in the light of the prophetic hadiths has been intensively discussed and researched.

درء دعوى تعارض الحديث مع القرآن
يهدف هذا البحث إلى رد شبهة مثارة حول السنة النبوية مفادها أن هناك تعارض بين بعض نصوص الحديث النبوي والقرآن الكريم، ولا يمكن الجمع بينهما بحال، ويكشف هذا البحث تاريخ هذه الشبهة ومصدرها والقائلين بها ودوافعهم قديما وحديثا، فهي إما أن تنبع عن جهل بالنصوص وتأويلاتها، أو سوء فهم أو مجرد تقليد وترديد مع من أثارها، وإما أن تأتي عن سوء نية وخبث من أعداء الإسلام كخطوة أولى لرد الحديث وترك العمل بالسنة، ومن ثم تفويض الإسلام بالكلية، وجاء البحث ليذكر بمنهج العلماء ونقاد الحديث في رد هذه الشبهة بالأدلة والبراهين الشرعية والعقلية، والمنهجية التي تدرأ بها هذه الشبهة مع تأكيد عدم وجود تناقض بين الروايات الصحيحة والقرآن الكريم لأن كليهما وحي، ويأتي الموضوع في مبحثين بعد المقدمة والتمهيد أولهما: تاريخ هذه الشبهة وأدلتها، والآخر: المنهج العلمي لدرأ هذه الشبهة.
