مطبخ دلع لا ينتمي لتلك الفئة من الكتب التي يحرص «مؤلفوها» على ثلاثة بنود لكل طبخة عادة وهي : المقادير والطريقة وصورة الطبق النهائي.. ورغم أن بعض كتب الطبخ التقليدية رائعة حقا ومفيدة لمن يحتاجها فإن هذه النوعية نادرة في المكتبة العربية على الأقل. ويأتي مطبخ دلع ليضفي على رف كتب الطبخ لمسة إنسانية جديدة وجميلة، فالكتاب ليس مجرد أطباق لذيذة، من الواضح أن دلع المفتي تجيد تقديمها وأحيانا ابتكارها ثم تصويرها ونشر الصور في حسابها على تويتر لتحصد تفاعلات ظريفة من متابعها، بل هو يتعدى ذلك ليقدم خليطا مدروسا، رغم عفوياته من الحكايات والطبخات.
