Overview
يتناول البحث دراسة الفتاوى المعاصرة التي جعلت الإقامة في البلاد غير المسلمة جائزة بشروط؛ إلا أن هذه الشروط على أرض الواقع صعبة وأحيانا قد تكون مستحيلة التحقق، فجاء هذا البحث لمناقشة ذلك من خلال مبحثين، فقمت في المبحث الأول بتعريف مفردات البحث، كدار الإسلام والفتوى، ثم بينت في المبحث الثاني آراء المعاصرين في الإقامة في بلاد الكفر في عدة مطالب مع مناقشة أدلتهم، وصولا إلى خاتمة البحث التي تضمنت أهم النتائج.
