Overview
أهداف البحث: يهدف إلى بيان مقادير ديات النفس للمسلم والمسلمة وغيرهما من غير المسلمين، ومقادير ديات الأعضاء والمنافع، ومقادير ديات الشجاج. منهج البحث: المنهج الاستقرائي الاستنتاجي. أهم النتائج: ١- إن الأصل في الدية الإبل، وأن الدية تختلف قيمتها بحسب قيمة أصولها وهي الإبل. ٢- أن دية الرجل المسلم في الخطأ ثلاثمائة ألف ريال سعودي، ودية العمد وشبهه أربعمائة ألف ريال سعودي. ٣- أن دية المرأة المسلمة في الخطأ مائة وخمسون ألف ريال سعودي، ودية العمد وشبهه مقدرة بمائتي ألف ريال سعودي. ٤- أن ما في الإنسان شيء واحد فيه دية كاملة، وما فيه شيئان فإن في كل وحد منهما نصف الدية.
