Overview
يأتي هذا البحث ليسلط الضوء على أحد مواضيع الجدل المهمة، وهو ما يرد من أسئلة على الأدلة الأصولية، وذلك من خلال تعريف الأسئلة في اللغة والاصطلاح، ثم تعريف المفهوم في اللغة والاصطلاح، وبيان قسميه الموافق والمخالف، ثم بيان أقسام مفهوم المخالفة، وتعريف كل قسم باختصار مع التمثيل له، ثم الأسئلة التي يمكن الاعتراض بها على مفهوم المخالفة، وجعلتها في أربعة مطالب، وهي: (السؤال بمنع الحجية، والسؤال بدعوى النسخ، والسؤال بالمعارضة، والسؤال بدعوى التأويل)، كما يقدم البحث أمثلة تطبيقية من كتب الجدل والأصول لتوضيح السؤال، ثم خاتمة البحث وما تضمنت من نتائج وتوصيات.
