Overview
كان هدف هذه الورقة محاولة دراسة واقع المقاولاتية في الهضاب العليا للفترة الممتدة بين 2002- 2018، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وعن طريق دراسة ميدانية لوضعية الأنشطة المقاولاتية في هذه المناطق ومقارنتها بالمناطق الشمالية. خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن النشاط المقاولاتي يبقى ضئيلا ولا يرقى إلى المستوى المطلوب في ظل غياب الثقافة المقاولاتية وعدم نجاعة السياسات الحكومية.
