Overview
حرص علماء التربية منذ مطلع العصر الحديث على معرفة أسباب النهوض بمستوى المتعلمين وتشخيص معارفهم وقدراتهم، حيث كان تركيزهم كبيرًا حول معرفة أنجح طرائق التدريس وأفضل أساليبه، وعناصر العمليّة التعليمية ومكوناتها المتعددة، ولعلّ الأسئلة الصفيّة هي من أبرز الأساليب والآليات التي عُني المربون بالبحث فيها؛ كونها وسيلة تواصل مهمة بين المعلم والمتعلم، حيث تعمل على تهيئة ظروف التّعلم؛ إذ أنّها تفتح جسور التواصل وسبل الحوار بين المتعلمين وتكشف على مختلف قدراتهم وتبعث بينهم روح التنافس العلمي، بحيث تتيح لهم سانحة التعبير عن الرأي.
