Overview
تنبه العراق لحقيقة ضرورة مواكبة العولمة وضرورة استقطاب الاستثمار الأجنبي، على أمل أن يجد حلا أو ممكن له من يسيطر على مشاكله الاقتصادية والتي من أهمها مشكلة البطالة فأصدر قانون الاستثمار رقم 13 لسنة 2006 وهذا الإصدار من أهم الخطوات الرئيسية لجذب الاستثمار الأجنبي من خلال ما يحمله القانون من حوافز كالإعفاءات الضريبية. إذا لابد من دراسة تلك الإعفاءات ودراسة دورها في تشجيع الاستثمار الأجنبي في العراق.
