يسعى البحث إلى التعرف على مدى قوة تأثير القيادة الخادمة، والتعرف على مدى توافر عناصر الأداء السياقي، وتحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين القيادة الخادمة والأداء السياقي بالمنظمات غير الحكومية (NGOs) بمدينة المنيا، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ويتمثل مجتمع البحث في العاملين بالمنظمات غير الحكومية (NGOs) بمدينة المنيا، وتم الحصول على عينة عشوائية بلغت ٢٤٨ مفردة. وتوصل البحث إلى أن هناك اهتمام بنسبة مرتفعة بالقيادة الخادمة والأداء السياقي، وأن هناك ارتباط بين القيادة الخادمة والأداء السياقي، كما أن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين (التصور، وضع المرؤوسين أولا، التعامل الأخلاقي، التمكين، خلق قيمة للمجتمع) و(الأداء السياقي) بالمنظمات غير الحكومية (NGOs) بمدينة المنيا \"مجتمع الدراسة\".
