Overview
侧支循环是近年来缺血性卒中的研究热点之一,它是体内的一种代偿循环,目前分为三级,受先天解剖、后天血流动力学、体液因素等受多种因素的影响。侧支循环在急性缺血性卒中的防治中发挥着重要作用。良好的侧支循环可有效降低卒中发生后神经功能缺损的程度并改善预后。对侧支循环进行分级和合理评估,对判定急性缺血性卒中事件的预后和转归、指导制定个体化治疗方案具有重要意义。随着影像学技术的不断发展,侧支循环评估的准确率大幅度提高,为临床带来便捷。人为促进、干预侧支循环形成也成为卒中治疗的一项新的手段。
