Overview
从急救时效性规律和我军面临的军事挑战出发,探讨自救互救的新概念,以指导我军现代战争中自救互救与战伤救护的衔接。回顾我军战伤自救互救的概念及特点,分析外军在近年局部战争中现场急救、士兵自救互救理论的变化,根据我军面临的军事斗争的新挑战和可能的战争局面以及＂卫勤使命-2014＂演习成果,提出火线急救应遵循急救的时效性规律,按照自救互救原则采用急救技术,服用细胞保护剂,有条件时进行口服补液,针对危及生命的出血、窒息、气胸、休克等急危重症进行现场救治,达到救治或稳定伤病员生命、阻止二次损伤、维护器官功能的目标,从而保证战术（战场）战斗力。＂白金十分钟＂、＂黄金一小时＂已经成为我军现场救治的时效值要求。从时效性规律完善我军的自救互救概念和卫勤保障,并与战场救护进行衔接,对于维护和加强一线作战部队战斗力有巨大作用,同时还能降低阵亡率、伤死率、伤残率。战伤的自救互救作为战士生命的依托,是完成战斗目标的必备技能和精神支柱,具有不可替代的战争激励作用。
