Overview
青年肺癌患者(≤50岁)不同于老年肺癌患者,有其特有的临床特征。近年来,青年肺癌发病率呈逐渐上升的趋势,其研究也逐渐受到重视。分子靶向治疗是目前非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)最热门、也是最具前景的研究领域之一,目前研究热点主要集中在表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)和棘皮动物微管样蛋白4-间变淋巴瘤激酶(EML4-ALK)。另外,青年肺癌患者在分子遗传学和预后等方面与老年肺癌患者有所不同,所以青年肺癌的预后因素研究极具临床意义。本文就青年肺癌的病因学、分子遗传学和预后等特点进行述评。
