يتناول كتاب (سحر أميركا : رحلة مرحة إلى المعرض العالمي بنيويورك) والذي قام بتأليفه (حسين فريد) والذي يقع في حوالي (87) صفحة من القطع المتوسط موضوع (رحلة المعرض العالمي بنيويورك) رحلة المعرض العالمي الذي أقيم بنيويورك في 30 إبريل سنة 1939 لمناسبة مرور 150 عاما على دخول جورج ولاية نيويورك وإعلانه الاستقلال، وقد كتبت هذه الرحلة باللغة السهلة البسيطة وتخللها بعض الفكاهات والحوادث المثيرة.
