كتاب تناول سيرة حمد عبدالله الصقر، ثم كتاب عن عبدالله حمد الصقر ودوره السياسي والاقتصادي. اهتم كتاب «جاسم حمد الصقر»، الذي أعده د. فيصل عادل الوزان، بجوانب ذات قيمة في سيرته الثقافية والسياسية معاً. فقد كان العم المرحوم أبو وائل شديد الاهتمام بالوثائق التي تخص أسرته ويحتفظ بها في أرشيفه الخاص، الذي قام بتصنيفه بشكل أولي وتكمن أهمية هذا المخزون الوثائقي في أنه يحتوي على عقود تجارية، ووثائق عدسانية، ومراسلات، ومقتنيات خاصة أسرية، ومسودات أبحاث تاريخية، إضافة إلى مذكرات يومية كان يحرص على تدوينها.
