At the beginning of the session, Motawalli shed light on the content of the book, which delves into the depths of the human psyche to reveal its secrets. The book includes practical exercises for happiness and reaping the benefits of life's shocks. Moreover, it gives the reader a sense of speaking directly to them, providing methods and techniques to allow the maturity of love amidst marital conflicts, teaching existential satire, emotional intelligence development, and how to elevate one's religious experience in pursuit of wisdom, thus reaching the stage of the enlightened human.
