We can help you get the library.
We aim to help our visitors and members get the most of our library services and so we offer you support in a number of ways onsite, online and via different digital channels.
We have a wide range of options and resources for you to get assistance.

The main Ground Floor lobby and all libraries have information touch screens available either in the floor reception areas or in the library rooms themselves.
Library Mobile App
Our mobile app gives you access to the library via your mobile devices, including general information on the library, a personalised dashboard for members and augmented reality (AR) experiences for use within the library.
Library Information Desks
You can ask our staff members for help regarding the library collections at the information desk in any of our libraries.
The library's Pepper customer service robots are available to help visitors answer questions about the library, get directions, read stories to children and provide other important information.
Visitor Information Desk
You will find our main Visitor Information Desk located in the Ground Floor lobby near to the main entrance.
