آخر كتب أنيس منصور وبه تكتمل ثلاثيته (إلا قليلا) أكتوبر 1983 ثم (البقية في حياتي) أغسطس 1990 وأخيرا (صندوقي الأسود) أغسطس 2011 تلك الثلاثية الخاصة بذكرياته وتنهل هذه الثلاثية من رؤيته التي تتجلى في قوله أن مستقبل كل إنسان في ماضيه ففي الطفولة كل الودائع وفي الشباب كل القروض وفي الرجولة فوائد الودائع والقروض وعندما نتغلب على الطفولة ونحاول تحجيمها وتخطيطها لوحات تذكارية على جدران الطريق فهذه هي بداية الحرية والحكمة ومن هنا ينهل الكاتب الكبير أنيس منصور من هذه الينابيع التي لا تجف ولا تنضب بل تلقى بظلالها على مراحل حياته المتوالية وتحولاته المتعاقبة.
