من لا يحضره الفقيه هو اسم موسوعة ضخمة من الأحاديث، وهو أحد الكتب الأربعة للشيعة، وأشهر كتب الشيخ الصدوق المتوفي سنة 381، كتاب جمع وتفسير للحديث النبوي. يروي الكتاب 5998 حديثا. و يعتبر هذا الكتاب من أهم كتب الصدوق. حيث يتناول فيه موضوعات فقهية مختلفة للشيعة تتناول مختلف الأمور الفقهية.
