والكتاب عبارة عن كم هائل من الرسوم من أنحاء الدنيا مقدمة بتعليق من الفنان البلاد في شكل أدبي رفيع. ولا أجد أمامي إلا أن أقدم فقرات مكتوبة مع الرسوم المرفقة لها لكي ألقى الضوء على هذا الكتاب الذي قوبل بالصمت، ربما لعدم الفهم، والأصح لقلة النظر وبالكتاب مجموعة كبيرة من الرسوم الكاريكاتورية للفنان اللباد، وهى رسوم مميزة بنقدها الاجتماعى والسياسى، وتنشر في ثير من المجلات بمصر والخارج، وقد عانى اللباد في الآونة الأخيرة من نشر رسومه دون أخذ إذن منه مما سبب له ذلك كثيرا من الأضرار حتى أنه لجأ أخيرا إلى كتابة عبراة \"حقوق الرسم محفوظة للرسام\" إلى جوار رسومه الكاريكاتيرية.
