Overview
يختص هذا الكتاب بذكر علم من علوم الشريعة الإسلامية غاية في الأهمية ؛ ألا وهو الناسخ والمنسوخ من حديث رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، إذ هو علم جليل، ذو غور وغموض، دارت فيه الرؤوس، وتاهت في الكشف عن مكنونه النفوس، ولا يتم علم عالم دون معرفة به، فهو من تتمات الاجتهاد ؛ إذ الركن الأعظم في باب الاجتهاد معرفة النقل، ومن فوائد النقل معرفة الناسخ والمنسوخ، إذ الخطب في ظواهر الأخبار يسير، وتجشم كلفها غير عسير، وإنما الإشكال في كيفية استنباط الأحكام من خفايا النصوص، ومن التحقيق فيها معرفة أول الأمرين وآخرهما. مر الإمام علي على قاص فقال : أتعرف الناسخ من المنسوخ ؟ قال : لا. قال : هلكت وأهلكت.
