Overview
إن العصر الذي نعيشه الآن هو عصر الانفتاح على العالم بأسره وذلك لضرورات ثقافية واقتصادية مما يتطلب منا أن نكون عارفين باللغات الأجنبية. وإن العلاقات الحالية التي يعيشها العالم العربي هي علاقات شاملة مع العالم بأسره ومن ضمنه روسيا والبلدان الأخرى التي تتحدث باللغة الروسية. لقد وضع هذا القاموس والذي يحتوي على أكثر من 15000 كلمة-نتيجة للنقص الشديد في المعاجم باللغة الروسية (عربي-روسي أو روسي-عربي) الذي تعانيه المكتبة العربية على أساس التبويب الأبجدي للغة العربية. كما تم وضع الكلمات فيه حسب طريقة نطقها وليس حسب أصلها اللغوي مما يجعل استخدامه سهلا لأي إنسان.
