الذى يصور فيه علاقة الإنسان بالله تعالى وعلاقته بالطبيعة. نبذة المؤلف : ما من شك في أن صدور كتاب \"النبي\" كان نقطة التحول الحقيقية في حياة جبران العقلية وفي توجيه طاقته الإنتاجية، فقد استمد جبران من تجاربه ومعارفه وآلامه ما ربط به علاقة الإنسان بالإنسان. وكان لابد له أن يتطور ويتسامى بعد ما أفرغ ما في جعبته من محن تعرض لها في مختلف أطوار حياته. وحدد جبران طريق غده بعد \"النبي\" فقرر أن يتناول علاقة الإنسان بالطبيعة في \"حديقة النبي\" وعلاقة الإنسا بالله في \"موت النبي\"، وكان عليه أن يهيئ نفسه لهذه المحاولة الكبيرة، على أنه مات قبل أن يصدر كتابه \"موت النبي\" فكان موته هو الكتاب الذي أراد أن يحدد به علاقة الإنسان بالله.
