هذا الكتاب عن \"محمد توفيق نسيم ودوره في السياسة المصرية الذي كتبه الباحث عادل إبراهيم الطويل، ومحمد توفيق نسيم سياسي مصري مشهور من أصول تركية ينتمي للطبقة الأرستقراطية، وقد لعب دورا مهما في السياسة المصرية المعاصرة فيما بين الحربين العالميتين الأولى والثانية، كسياسي مستقل يدين بالولاء للملك ولكن هذا الولاء لم يدفع به إلى خصومة مع الوفد، وكانت تربطه علاقة مصاهرة بسعد زغلول. وقد لعب دورا مهما في دستور 1923، سواء أثناء وضعه في عام 1923، أو بالعمل على إعادته بالتعاون مع الوفد على أنقاض دستور إسماعيل باشا صدقي في عام 1935.
