يتضمن هذا الجزء من شرحنا لأحكام القانون التجاري شرحا وافيا لأحكام الأوراق التجارية والعمليات المصرفية من قانون التجارة الأردني رقم 12 لسنة 1966 وعلى ذلك سنبحث الموضوعات التي نتناول شرح أحكامها في هذا الجزء من مؤلفنا في قسمين القسم الأول نخصصه لدراسة أحكام الأوراق التجارية التي نظم أحكامها قانون التجارة الأردني والقسم الثاني نخصصه لدراسة أحكام بعض العمليات المصرفية التي نظم أحكامها الباب الخامس من الكتاب الثاني من قانون التجارة الأردني أما العمليات المصرفية التي لم يرد لها ذكر في هذا الباب فسنقوم بدراسة أحكامها وفق ما تضمنته القوانين المقارنة وما استقر بشأنها من أعراف دولية باعتبار أن العمليات المصرفية أوجدها وطور قواعدها العرف المصرفي.
