يبدأ المؤلف بسرد الحروب والغزوات التي قام بها الرسول (ص) ومواقف أصحابه وولاته وتضحياتهم وبطولاتهم التي لا توصف وخصوصا ساعده الأيمن ومفتديه بروحه وزوج ابنته السيدة فاطمة، الإمام علي بن أبي طالب (ع) وانتهاء بوفاته وبدء فترة الجهاد المؤلمة وانتقال الخلافة إلى الإمام علي (ع) بعد مقتل الخليفة الراشدي الثالث عثمان بن عفان (رضى) ومات رافقها من مشاكل وعراقيل ومواقف وتناول المؤلف جميع جوانب السيرة للرجلين الجليلين من عدة مصادر تاريخية وتفسيرية ودينية بعيدا عن ما كتبه المغرضون والمضللون وقد اثبت من مختلف المصادر والروايات التي حصل عليها وما جمع عن أكابر الصحابة والعلماء صحة ما جاء فيها.
