أصدرت الكاتبة ناريمان محمد عساف كتابا جديدا بعنوان \"المثاقفة في الشعر العالمي الحديث والشعر العربي المعاصر\" ويبحث الكتاب في عوامل المثاقفة بعد تقديم تفسير لغوي للمفردة كما لمسألتي التأثر والتأثير المتكاملين معها وعلاقتها بالأدب المقارن وصولا إلي الترجمة وفاعليتها في المثاقفة وشرع فلسفة \"الملة\" والصوفية وعملية التأثير في شعر الغربة العربي المعاصر وأثر المثاقفة في الشعر الواقعي. هناك أيضا تحليل قصائد لشعراء عرب ذات قضايا اجتماعية للسياب والبياتي وتأثرهما ببوشكين وناظم حكت وغيرهما.
