سيجد القارئ في هذا الملف عملية تفكيك من منظورات مختلفة لهذه القضية. ففي بحثه: المواطنة الطائفية، العراق من حلم المواطنة إلى المواطنة الطائفية، يهتم الأستاذ الباحث عبد المنعم شيحة من تونس بعملية الرسكلة التي تمارس للتقسيم الطائفي لبعض الشعوب العربية، انطلاقا من نموذج العراق، ويفسر الكيفية التي تجري بها عملية التحيين هذه من قبل القوى الإقليمية والمحلية المتحكمة في عراق ما بعد صدام حسين لهذه الظاهرة، وذلك عبر إلباسها ثوب المواطنة. إن هذا الثوب كما يقول الباحث هو الثوب الحديث الذي تقدم فيه الطائفية وتمأسس وتضبط بواسطة القوانين والتشريعات.
