يتناول كتاب (جولتي في أبرشيات الكنيسة السريانية في سوريا ولبنان) والذي قام بتأليفه (ابروهوم نورو) في حوالي (261) صفحة من القطع المتوسط وقد ساعد هذا الكتاب الكثيرين على التعرف على أوضاع أبناء شعبنا في تلك الحقبة وذلك لاحتواء هذا الكتاب على إحصائيات مدروسة غنية ؛ فبالنظر إلى الإمكانية المتوفرة وقتها نستطيع القول أن الملفان ابروهوم نورو بذل جهدا كبيرا وسافر كثيرا وتعب كثيرا ليقدم كما ذكرنا عصارة عمله كلقمة سائغة لأبناء شعبه والجدير بالذكر أن الكتاب مكتوب بثلاث لغات (العربية-السريانية-الإنجليزية)، يوم لم يكن هناك إمكانية طباعة الكتاب بواسطة الكومبيوتر، إضافة إلى احتوائه على الكثير من صور أعلام أبناء اللغة السريانية من شرقيين وغربيين، في الوطن والمهجر، إضافة إلى كل من خدم في حقل اللغة والتراث السرياني من مستشرقين أيضا.
