يتناول كتاب (لقطة العجلان) والذي قام بتأليفه (بدر الدين الزركشي) في حوالي (184) صفحة من القطع المتوسط موضوع (الفلسفة الإسلامية) مستعرضا المحتويات التالية : خطبة الكتاب والشرح وبيان المتن رؤوس مسائل أربعة علوم (أصول الفقه-والحكمة-والمنطق-والتوحيد). ثم ترجمة للزركشي، ثم فصل مدارك العلوم ثلاثة (حس وخبر ونظر... الحواس الظاهرة والباطنة). بحث الإدراك للحواس أو النفس. الخبر وانقسامه إلى متواتر وشروطه. حد المستفيض. بيان الآحاد. الخلاف في القطع بأحاديث الصحيحين... إلخ.
