Overview
الطائفية والنظام الدستوري في لبنان، كان سبب التسمية تلازم الطائفية مع النظام الدستوري في لبنان منذ الفتح العثماني حتى وقتنا الحاضر وتطورت الطائفية مع تطور نظم الحكم. فكانت دينية في أول الأمر، ثم سياسية وانتقلت إلى أخطر مراحلها أي إلى الطائفية المسلحة التي أخرجت الطائفية من مدلولها وأصبحت لا طائفية مدمرة وانعكست الطائفية على سلطات الدولة العامة حتى أصابها الوهن والاحتضار وأصبحت غير قادرة على مباشرة وظائفها. فساد فراغ دستوري عم جميع سلطات الدولة من تشريعية وتنفيذية وقضائية وأصبح أمر الدولة في خطر باحتمال تقسيمها بين فئات الطوائف المختلفة، لذلك ينقسم هذا الكتاب إلى قسمين : القسم الأول : تطور نظام الحكم الطائفي في لبنان. القسم الثاني : أثر الطائفية على السلطات العامة في لبنان.
