ينقسم هذا الكتاب إلي خمس فصول بين المؤلف في الفصل الأول «القيم» مفهوما وتعريفا والفرق بينها وبين الاتجاهات وسبل قياسها ومراحل اكتسابها، وجاء الفصل الثاني ليعرف «الثقة بالنفس» وسبل تعزيزها وأسباب ضعفها والتعامل مع النفس غير الواثقة وشرح الفصل الثالث مشروع «تعزيز الثقة بالنفس وفق المبادئ الـ 19» التي تم اعتمادها في مختبر علم النفس التربوي بكلية التربية بجامعة الكويت والآثار المتوقعة لتطبيق المشروع وكان الفصل الرابع شارحا لأسلوب تطبيق المشروع وفق نظام «فرق العمل» وسبل بنائها وأخيرا بين الفصل الخامس «منهجية العمل» بالتفصيل الدقيق بدءا من تشكيل الفريق الرئيس للمشروع.
