هذا الكتاب قصة من قصص دراكولا، لم تنشر بعد إذ منعت من النشر في الأصل بسبب طول الكتاب، وربما يكون ذلك أمرا جديرا باهتمام كثير من القراء كي يتعرفوا عمل زوجي القصصي الأكثر روعة أما القصص الأخرى فقد نشرت فعلا في الدوريات الإنجليزية والأمريكية وسلقد تم إنجاز هذا العمل في سنوات حياته المبكرة ومن ثم لو قدر له أن يعيش فترة أطول لرأى أن يقوم بتنقيح هذا العمل ومراجعته.
