Overview
يتناول هذا الكتاب تاريخ السينما الأرمنية الممتد لحوالي 113 سنة، وذلك منذ انطلاق أول فيلم سينمائي أرمني في العام 1899 أي بعد أربع سنوات فقط من اختراع السينما في العالم. ويستعرض الكتاب في ملحقين مهمين تجربة المخرج الأرمني الشهير سيرجي باراخانوف، صاحب فيلم \"لون الرمان\" في العام 1969 والذي عرض أول مرة في العام 1972، كما ويستعرض الكتاب سيناريو فيلم \"على درب التبانة\" للكاتب روبرت ماتوسيان والتي تحقق في العام 2001. ويتناول الكتاب مجموعة كبيرة من المقالات الصحفية لمنتجين ومخرجين وكتاب سينمائيين أرمن نشرت قبل عقود، ويتم تناولها اليوم بأسماء أصحابها، كما ويضيء على مجموعة من الأفلام الأرمنية التي حققت جوائز ثمينة في مهرجانات دولية كبيرة وهامة.
