يتناول هذا الكتاب دراسة نظرية المتناهي واللامتناهي في الفلسفة الإسلامية حيث إن هذه الدراسة تنجح في إثبات أن الباحث لا يقدم فقط فلسفة ابن سينا بمجملها من خلال المتناهي واللامتناهي وما أضافه ابن سينا على من تقدمه بل تثبت أن ابن سينا يقدم هنا نظرية علما بأن مصطلح نظرية غير معروف في زمن ابن سينا لكن المهم الجوهر فهذه الدراسة تقدم فعلا نظرية حتى بدون اسم نظرية.
