كتاب (شعرية الجسد تعليم الإبداع المسرحي) تأليف المعلم المسرحي جاك لوكوك الكتاب درس في المسرح والتربية في عام 1995، شاهدت للمرة الأولى في مسرح لبوف دو نور في باريس مسرحية حيوات لوسي كابرول الثلاث، وانبهرت بهذا العرض الذي كان يعتمد بكليته تقريبا على الجسد، والشعرية، والبصرية، والمباشرة، والفرح، والخيال الغريب، حيث كان يلعب فيه الممثلون جميعهم بلغات مختلفة. هذا النوع من المسرح لم أكن قد رأيت مثله آنذاك من قبل. فتساءلت بدوري : من هؤلاء الممثلون، ومن أين هم قادمون ؟ وأي نوع من التقاليد المسرحية يعرضون ؟ وكان الجواب : إنهم فرقة مسرحية عالمية، جميع العاملين فيها درسوا في مدرسة جاك لوكوك التي أسسها في باريس عام 1956 ودرس فيها حتى وفاته في عام 1999.
