يتابع صاحب هذه الأطياف الفكرية ساردا موضوعي كما في سائر مقالاته التي ضمها هذا الكتاب ولعل مواطن الجمال في كتابه هذا تكمن في مواطن المواضيع التي تطرق إليها كما في معانيها ومراميها، فقد جاءت المقالات متنوعة تعالج قضايا اجتماعية وثقافية ودينية ... مما جعل الكتاب واحة غناء ورافة الظلال. وإلى هذا فالمقالات كانت قد كتبت بين عامي (1429-1434)، وتضمنت في عددها ما يقارب الخمسين مقالا اختلفت في الأسلوب والطرح، مثل: لماذا لا يكرم عظماؤنا في حياتهم ؟ الإمام معينا وتم تقسيمها بحسب مواضيعها حيث تجيب كل مقالة منها عن سؤال وتناقش محورا المهدي ولد أم سيولد ؟ ما دور الأسرة في قضايا الشباب ؟ ما دور القراءة في حياتنا؟ صديقك ... ماذا يمثل لك ؟ ... إلى غيرها من الأسئلة المهمة التي تثير القارئ للقراءة للحصول على إجاباتها. وأما هدف الكاتب من ذلك كله فهو محاولة رسم ثقافة متقاربة من الأحداث وفهمها وإيصالها إلى ذهن القارئ مع تغيرها وتنوعها وملاحقة أفكار الكاتب بأفكار القراء، لتكوين رؤية جديدة تجاه تلك الأحداث.
