Overview
يتناول الكتاب قصة إميليا ايرهارت والتي تعد أول سيدة تقود طائرة في تاريخ الطيران ولدت 24 يوليو 1897 في كانساس بالولايات المتحدة أحبت الطيران بعد الانتهاء من مرحلة الثانوية وحولت وجهتها للالتحاق بمدرسة الطيران حتى أنه قصت شعرها لتكون مثل الطيارين بعد تخرجها من المدرسة تمكنت من شراء طائرة مستعملة Kinner Airster ذات السطحين وكانت وصفراء زاهية أطلقت عليها اسم \"الكناري\". يوم 22 أكتوبر 1922، حلقت إيرهارت بطائرتها Airster 14,000 قدم لأول مرة مسجلة بذلك أول سيدة تحلق فى السماء بطائرة بمفردها.
